Golden Shears 2025

There will be a maximum number of entries set for all events.

You are NOT entered into the draw until payment is received.
Entries on the day are subject to 50% surcharge (Plus you risk missing out if the cut-off has been reached).
Entries received by 19th February 2025 will be listed in the programme.
Competitors will compete in reverse order of entry. i.e the later you enter, the earlier the heat.
Any competitor who is not able to compete in their allotted draw could forfeit the right to compete.
No entries will be accepted after the 1st heat is drawn for that event.
Event sponsors may request your details for promotional purposes.
Please remember to thank your event sponsor if the opportunity arises.
All competitors must self check in, only 1 registration at any time.
ID may be required at the competitor registration desk.

No wristband – No entry

Wristbands must be worn by all competitors for entry into the stadium.

Replacement wristbands will only be issued if damaged wristband & ID is presented at secretary’s office.

Lockers

There are now lockers available in the Stadium changing rooms. If you wish to use a locker while your event is on – please bring your own padlock. Padlocks available for purchase at caravan.

These are available to all competitors during their heat, semi- final or final. Please be courteous and allow others the use of the locker for their events.

NB Only ONE competitor per entry.

Online entries will close at 3pm, Wednesday 26th February. Grades are filling fast so don’t delay - you risk missing out if the cut-off number for your grade has been reached.
